Overview

If you wish to delete your employee account and all associated personal data from our timesheet and attendance management system, you can request account deletion through our HR department.

Please note: User accounts can only be deleted by system administrators. Regular users cannot delete their own accounts directly through the app interface for security and data integrity purposes.

How to Request Account Deletion

Send an Email Request

Send your account deletion request to our HR department using the email address provided below. Make sure to use your registered company email address.

Include Required Information

In your email, please include your full name, employee ID, and the reason for account deletion to help us process your request efficiently.

Wait for Confirmation

Our HR team will review your request and confirm the account deletion within 5-10 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation once completed.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following information will be permanently removed from our systems:

  • Personal profile information (name, email, contact details)
  • Login credentials and authentication data
  • Timesheet records and work logs
  • Attendance records and check-in/check-out data
  • Leave application records and history
  • Location data stored during remote work sessions
  • Any other personal data associated with your account

Important Notice

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access the timesheet application, and all your data will be permanently removed from our servers. Please ensure you have backed up any important information before requesting deletion.

Data Retention Policy

In compliance with data protection regulations and company policies:

  • Personal data will be deleted within 30 days of request approval
  • Some anonymized data may be retained for statistical and compliance purposes
  • Financial and payroll-related records may be retained as required by law
  • You will receive confirmation once the deletion process is complete

Before requesting account deletion, consider these alternatives:

  • Account Deactivation: Temporarily disable your account without deleting data
  • Data Export: Request a copy of your personal data before deletion
